• Client communications. Information you provide to us by email, phone, mail, text message, or our client portal in the course of an engagement.
• Mobile / SMS information. If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile number, your consent record, and the content and timestamps of messages exchanged. We use a third-party communications provider (Twilio) to send and receive these messages on our behalf.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and privacy-friendly analytics collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. This information is used to operate the site, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide the professional services you have engaged us for;
• Send transactional and account-related messages — including document upload requests, e-signature requests, appointment reminders, status updates, and other communications related to your engagement;
• Operate and secure our website and communication systems;
• Comply with our professional, legal, and regulatory obligations as Certified Public Accountants.

We do not use website information, contact-form information, or SMS information for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

• Service providers that help us operate the firm — for example, our website host (Cloudflare), email and contact-form delivery service (Resend), text-messaging platform (Twilio), client portal provider, document e-signature provider, and accounting/tax software vendors. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide their services to us.
• With your authorization — for example, when you direct us to share documents or information with a third party such as a lender, attorney, or another professional.
• When required by law — including in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or regulatory request, or to comply with our professional obligations.

Information you provide to us as a tax or accounting client is also subject to the confidentiality rules that apply to Certified Public Accountants, including Internal Revenue Code Section 7216 (use and disclosure of tax-return information) and applicable Louisiana statutes.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain client records, comply with professional standards (including AICPA and Louisiana State Board of CPAs record-retention guidance), and meet our legal and tax obligations. We delete or anonymize information once it is no longer needed for these purposes.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 7. Children's Privacy

This website and our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
